CCU – Unique Human Productivity Management System

The CCU (Chairman Control Unit) is a unique Human Productivity Management System within the Chemmanur Group, designed to enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and cross-entity collaboration.

Key Objective

To centrally manage and monitor task assignments across various group entities, ensuring timely execution and improved workforce productivity.

Core Functionality

  • Any employee within the Chemmanur Group can raise a request through the CCU to assign a specific task to an employee in any group entity.
  • The CCU acts as a central coordinating body between:
    • The request initiator (requestor)
    • The task assignee (executor)

Process Flow

1. Task Request Initiation

A group employee submits a request to CCU with task details, priority, and expected completion timeline.

2. Task Assignment

CCU evaluates the request and assigns the task to the appropriate employee or department within the relevant entity.

3. Coordination & Monitoring

CCU continuously coordinates between both parties to:

  • Ensure clarity of requirements
  • Track progress
  • Resolve dependencies or blockers

4. Timely Completion Enforcement

CCU ensures that the assigned task is completed within the defined timeline.

  • Follow-ups and escalation mechanisms are handled centrally

5. Closure & Feedback

Upon completion, CCU verifies the output and closes the request.

  • Feedback may be collected from the requestor for quality and performance tracking
